Shipping Policy 

We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience to all our customers. All orders placed with us are processed only after successful call verification. Shipping will be initiated within 48 hours of order placement once the order has been confirmed during the verification call. Customers who wish to cancel their order must inform us at the time of call verification. Cancellation requests made after the verification process may not be accepted.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is generally delivered within 6–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues.

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are applicable to all eligible orders. However, as a reward for our valued customers, shipping charges are waived for orders above ₹500, and this benefit is provided after the successful delivery of the complete order.

Customers are requested to ensure that their contact details and shipping address are accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. For any questions related to shipping, order status, or general inquiries, customers are encouraged to contact us via WhatsApp, and our support team will be happy to assist.

Return and replacement policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales made through our platform are final.

A replacement will be considered only in cases where the product is delivered in a damaged condition. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the entire unboxing process, and the damaged product. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video, or with edited, unclear, or incomplete videos, will not be accepted.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact us via WhatsApp within 24hours after delivery and share the required evidence. Our support team will thoroughly review and verify the claim to determine eligibility. If the claim is approved after verification, a replacement will be initiated at our discretion.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any replacement request if the provided evidence does not meet our verification standards or if misuse or tampering is suspected. Replacement requests made after verification or outside the specified process may not be entertained.
